HTML Coding for Beginners.
I was going to do this whole "So you want to build a website" sort of deal. But come on. We all know you want to make something stupid on the internet. I really don't care. This is a tutorial on HTML.
First Step: Programs to use
Honestly you can use a variety of programs. Some people just use the built in Notepad application because it's essentially free (essentially because. Well... Windows is not. Unless you pull what I did and not buy a product key. It's not piracy because I got the ISO from the Windows Website. I just didn't buy a product key. I don't have $200 lying around Microsoft). I personally use and prefer Notepad++ but for this tutorial it does not really matter. If you are using Neocities (like I am). Feel free to use the built in HTML Editor.
